| Performer | Vulnerable |
| Biography | The band Vulnerable was formed in Newcastle upon Tyne in north-east England by schoolfriends Ray Holt, Martin Faulkner and Andrew Donaldson, who have played together in various musical projects since their teens. Families and careers have since taken the members in different directions and to different corners of the United Kingdom. Lead singer Ray is a university lecturer in Leeds and will shortly become a father for the second time, keyboardist Martin sits in London translating things that nobody reads in German into things that nobody reads in English, while Andrew spends most of his time in Edinburgh trying to stop his cat Blinky from eating poisonous flowers. Despite this, Vulnerable still get together to make music whenever the opportunity arises, and are just starting out on the epic journey towards recording a new EP. |
| Lyrics | One last love song To let you go One last love song To let those feelings flow And I deny every day That my duplicity Has got me almost everything Except the things I need around me One last love song To let you know One last love song To let those feelings flow And you were right when you said This is not how it should be But I have tried everything Just to set you free It isn't up to me to break the walls You've built around you I can't understand your designs I'll never find a way to find you I don't need to talk about the things you say I don't need you - turn around and walk away One last love song To let you know One last love song To let those feelings flow And I'll deny everything That ever brought us near And I shall never find a way To get you out of here It's more than I can do to try to Find the world you've lost within you I don't seem to share your desires There'll never be a way to find you I'll find a way out I'll take it out from here I'll find a way out I'll take it out from here |
